Who I Am

Hi friends! Thank you for stopping by. You are welcome here. 

My name is Meredith Greene, and I’m running for State House District 26 in Forsyth County, GA. My background is in advocacy—primarily patient advocacy with insurance companies & disability advocacy. I am passionate about mental health supports, women’s rights, LGBTQIA+ rights, DEI, quality education for all, healthcare access, fiscal responsibility, and animal welfare.

I am a Jesus-follower who loves and advocates for people of all backgrounds, doctrines, and faiths. My God loves ALL people unconditionally as they are.
Period.

I am the mom of a beautiful son with special needs. He is a total ham sandwich! I adore him so much. During this campaign, I intend to respect his privacy as much as I can. I will tell you that when I informed him that I may one day be “Googleable,” he immediately compared me to Taylor Swift, got very excited, and asked how often I’d be wearing red lipstick. We’ll call that a win!

My intention is to begin my campaign by doing more listening than talking, more information gathering than self-promoting.
